    ECH services are available to everyone, with options for self-funding and government funding including Home Care Packages (HCP) for those aged 65 and over.

    Your questions answered.

    • You can arrange for a trained Homes Support Team Member to visit your home 7 days a week. Contact us to schedule a visit.  

    • Yes, when making a booking, discuss your requirements with one of our friendly staff and we’ll help you decide which of our services will suit your needs. 

    • If you are aged 65 years or over, you may qualify for a Home Care Package (HCP) or the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).

      There may also be other government funding options available, depending on your circumstances. You can also self-fund all services, or self-fund part of your services to ‘top-up’ your government funding. Contact us to learn more about your options.

    • While we can’t always guarantee the same worker for each visit, we have a dedicated team of skilled and trained Home Support Team Members. This allows you to develop a trusting relationship with a small group of familiar caregivers who will support you across all your visits.
