After a one-on-one consultation with one of our Exercise Physiologists, they will develop a personalised fitness or therapeutic exercise program designed to meet your goals.
We’ll recommend ECH classes or personal training based on your abilities, lifestyle, goals, and health needs, and if needed, other allied health services to help you achieve your health outcomes. Our classes are run by Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, and Fitness Leaders (qualified Personal Trainers), who are all experienced in training older people with varying fitness levels and abilities.
We also support individuals navigating health issues such as Osteoarthritis, Parkinson’s, a stroke, or a cardiac event. Our team offer expert guidance in an inclusive and supportive environment, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and motivated.

Our centres offer supported group classes, as well as fully equipped gyms for personal training.
All sessions are run by our fully qualified Allied Health Professionals or Fitness Leaders, ensuring a safe and effective workout.
