Our partnership aligns perfectly with our values, focusing on further empowering our staff with the necessary skills to conduct compassionate and personalised conversations with and for our clients and families.
This partnership is being delivered with the full support of our partner, The Violet Initiative (who will deliver comprehensive training and ongoing support).
What you will see and experience
Members of our team will be in a better position to have sensitive conversations around the last stage of life, and where appropriate refer family members and caregivers through to Violet’s Support programs.
